We initially loved our Pococo projector. It is nearly silent (unlike other kid projectors) and the images were nice. However, quickly an air bubble formed on my son’s favorite disc, causing it to look horrible. I’m hoping all the discs are not this faulty. But the main reason for my two stars is the customer service I’ve received. They noted this was a known issue but didn’t initially offer me a true replacement, only a $5 voucher (which is way less than I paid for the disc?) I had to get in touch with them several times over a month to get them to respond (verrrrry slow response times). And when they finally agreed to replace the disc it never arrived. I reached out several times again and they made me write this review to get my replacement. So far, been waiting 3 months with several follow ups since I first reached out and still no replacement. We’ll see.
