I was tired of spending my spring and summer weekends mowing my lawn of about 3 acres of varying terrain, not square and flat. Research led us to the Lymow. We successfully used our Lymow for about 4 weeks until the mower deck got stuck in the raised position making it impossible to charge let alone mow. I contacted lymow. After a few basic troubleshooting instructions it was determined that a replacement unit was necessary. A return postage slip was provided. The new mower is up and running doing great. The measure of the calibre of a company is not shown while everything is going well but when challenges arise. Lymow Customer Service kept me in the loop every step of the process where emails responses came the SAME day! Tracking was easy and my new mower came right as scheduled. I could not be happier with customer service. I'm hoping this current Lymow will operate for many many years. I highly recommend this company and their product. Go Lymow.
