Package Never Received and No Refund Despite Paying for Package Protection
I am very disappointed with my experience. I never received my packages, even though the tracking information showed them as delivered. I also did not receive any delivery notification at the time, and by the time I checked the tracking information, the packages were no longer there. I contacted MarTUBE and followed their instructions to contact the carrier directly. The carrier later told me to contact the sender for further handling. What is especially frustrating is that I also paid an additional $3 package protection/insurance fee, but I still have not received a refund for the missing packages. I paid for the products and the additional package protection, but I ended up receiving neither the packages nor a refund. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing the extra package protection based on my experience.
