Terrible service, refusal to cancel, feels like a scam
UPDATE: It has now been over 3 weeks and the package still hasn’t left. They say they canceled shipping flights 3 times (blaming "weather"), changed my tracking number again with zero updates, and still refuse to cancel or refund because they say it’s "processed." Customer support ignores all facts and repeats their "no refunds" policy. I have officially filed a chargeback with my credit card company. STAY AWAY, it feels like a total scam. —— I ordered a grinder from this website. They promise it’d take a maximum of 18 days. It has now been 20 days, and my order hasn't even been dispatched. When I reached out to customer support, they offered no real explanation or accountability, merely stating that they use a forwarder. Customer support also flatly refuses to cancel the order due to their failure to ship within the advertised timeframe. Holding a customer's money while failing to dispatch the product on time feels like a scam. Save yourself the stress and money: do not buy from this company.
