I am very disappointed with Traveloka’s service. I was unable to reschedule my flight after it was cancelled. I have already contacted customer service through email, phone calls, and live chat, but I have not received any helpful response or resolution. This situation has been extremely frustrating, especially because the flight cancellation was beyond my control. The customer service has been very poor, and the lack of response is unacceptable. I expected much better support from a company like Traveloka. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
