Exceptional customer support and fantastic experience with the Linkifun MT23! In February 2026 I purchased the Linkifun MT23 navigation unit, and I want to highlight the phenomenal support I received throughout the entire process from ordering all the way to delivery in India. A special shoutout to Emma from the support team, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was consistently courteous, highly responsive, and guided me through every question I had while tracking the shipment. Her assistance didn't stop at delivery. After receiving the unit, I wanted to customize the boot screen with a personal Boot animation. Emma went above and beyond by routing my files directly to the IT team and quickly provided me with a perfectly working zip file to flash the custom screen. The hardware itself is great, but the stellar customer service provided by Emma truly elevated the experience. Highly recommended!
