This has been a great help for me. I am very bad when it comes to taking supplements or even knowing what to take and when to take it so having this load taken off me was amazing. The app gave reminders on when to take my supps. I would highly recommend. One feedback would be to have a wider option on what supplements are chosen for you to ensure you are taking what’s needed not only based off stats but maybe a face to face call.
