Sometimes problems are where the greatness shows. We received a malfunctioning camera, and contacted support. We got quick replies, and when it became clear the device was defective they immediately sent us a new one that works fine. Its easy to be good when everything works perfectly, but these guys are also good when it doesn't. Thanks!
