I ordered one XL shirt
I ordered one XL shirt. When I received the shirt it was marked XL but I was sized small. I contacted Deeove service this is what their reply was: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out about the sizing problem with your items. We completely understand how inconvenient this is for you. All our products are made strictly following our official size guide. Since our warehouse is based in China, any return would need to be shipped back here, with return freight payable by the buyer. International returns also involve lengthy delivery times and high costs. To help resolve this easily, we’d like to provide a 30% off coupon for you to buy the correct size directly instead of returning the item.
