12V 314AH Mini bolt issue
One of the bolts broke off inside the battery. I contacted customer support and sent pictures. They responded that day, provided me a shipping label and I received my new battery within 3-4 days. Melody was very helpful and great to work with. Love my 12v 314 AH mini that runs my off grid cabin. Thank you
