Zero stars if I could. I ordered a steam brush from this company, and they promptly charged $37.00 to my Bank of America account, which I will dispute. It is 9/8/2026, and I have received nothing but a parcel # that says it has been on its way since August. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a steam brush from this company, and they promptly withdrew $37.00 from my Bank of America account, which I plan to dispute. It is now September 8, 2026, and I have not received anything except a tracking number showing the item shipped in August.
