I ordered a highland cow and a flamingo salt and pepper holder, which included the salt and pepper pots. I ordered 2 as price was less for ordering 2 but they charged me full price, I contacted them and they said they would refund the difference, but the haven’t. When order arrived I got 2 highland cows, no flamingo, and salt and pepper shakers were missing. The quality was not very good, I was very disappointed. I contacted them as per the T’s & C’s to request a return and full refund. They replied and offered me a 15% refund as they did want to pay to have them back. I declined the offer and asked for a full refund. I have not had any reply since and no refund received.
