WARRANTIED MY DEVICE AND NO RESPONSE!

I love geekvape mods… until I tried to warranty my Aegis Legend 3…. Over a month ago… they keep telling me the same thing…” we are waiting on a tracking number and have escalated the issue,” and still nothing!!! And the reason I warrantied out my Legend 3, is because… it def isn’t IP68 proof!!! And out of nowhere, my left side had connection to the battery, right side out of nowhere regardless of changing batteries, would not make a connection, and wouldn’t work after 3 DAYS OF PURCHASING !!!!! I didn’t even drop it, I take very good care of my mods lol and this particular one I saved for, and wanted since it came out!!!! That was an expensive device and I loved it…. Maybe in the next 2-3 months when I forget about it they’ll send it smfh this is insane !
