Terible quality, completely useless customer service violating EU law
Avoid this brand at all costs! I bought a pair of Hobibear barefoot shoes (Order #HBUS296306). After only ONE WEEK of normal walking, the inner lining fabric above the heel completely tore open down to the padding. The torn material caused painful blisters on my heel, making the shoes completely unwearable. When I contacted customer support to issue a warranty claim for a defective product, they completely stonewalled me. They repeatedly cited a fake "30-day after-sales platform policy" to avoid taking responsibility, totally ignoring mandatory EU consumer protection laws (Directive (EU) 2019/771) which guarantee a 2-year statutory warranty for manufacturing defects on goods delivered to EU citizens. They refused both a refund and a replacement for shoes that literally disintegrated after 7 days of wear. Extremely poor product quality and nonexistent, illegal customer support. Save your money and buy from a reputable brand instead!
