WARNING: Lost all money
WARNING: Alibaba Trade Assurance does not protect buyers. I placed an order (Trade Assurance Order No. 306582954501021913) that was delivered to a local pickup locker. I was given less than 48 hours (only 41 hours) to collect it. Because I was unavailable during that extremely short window, the carrier returned the package. Alibaba closed my dispute in favor of the seller with a $0 refund, citing a technicality. I do not have my product, and Alibaba let the seller keep my money. Do not trust their "buyer protection" policies.
