A great support on my learning curve.
I got a hold of customer service and gave them the error number which narrowed the problem. They had the way to fix it thru wiki, which stepped me thru the repairs to troubleshoot and repair. I had it up and running in 30 minutes. All equipment will break, it how to fix or get it fixed. They seem to have that taken care. And you can't beat there price, parts availability, and product support. China made, but supported in America.
