Unfair permanent suspension without showing the specific mistake
I am very disappointed with SproutGigs. I completed many tasks honestly and maintained a 100% success rate. However, my account was suddenly suspended for “improper job proof submissions.” What is most frustrating is that SproutGigs did not tell me which specific task or proof was incorrect, nor did they provide any evidence showing what I supposedly did wrong. I am willing to accept and correct a genuine mistake if one is shown to me, but simply accusing a user without identifying the actual submission is very unfair. After putting so much time and effort into completing tasks properly, my account was permanently deactivated and I was told that the decision was final. I expected a fair investigation and a clear explanation. A user with a 100% success rate deserves to know exactly what mistake they supposedly made before being permanently banned. I hope SproutGigs improves its review and appeal process and gives users a fair opportunity to understand and correct genuine mistakes.
