Refusal to correct an order or to submit a refund
I placed an order with SeedStudio and paid with my PayPal account. The order was sent out to the wrong address. I contacted SeesStudio and explained the situation but they did nothing to rectify it. I asked for either another product sent to the correct address or my money back. They choose to do neither. Now I'm out the cost of the device and I don't have anything to show for. They have my correct address but don't want to do right by their customer. Please keep this in mind when ordering from them.
