Tacoma Mall store experience. Dont expect to be able to get a refund even if you return something according to.m their policy on the receipt. Wish I'd seen these bad reviews before going today. I bought and tried to return an item within 1 day and had the receipt. It was obviously brand new condition etc. I had JUST bought it that day. (Receipt is the standard type that says you can return within 7 days.) Just randomly that particular item, no, you cant get a refund, they said. They didnt tell me this when I bought it. No signs to let you know either.
