Very disappointing experience with the laxmi holidays bus service. The conductor’s behaviour throughout the journey was extremely rude and unprofessional. Our luggage was neither properly accommodated inside the bus nor was a water bottle provided. We had to keep our luggage with us on our seats while travelling. During the scheduled stop, the conductor kept rushing passengers and did not even allow enough time for everyone to comfortably get down. Around 4 AM, he repeatedly told passengers to get down quickly. When passengers finally started getting off, the bus was not stopped at the proper location and was driven approximately 1 km ahead, forcing us to walk back. The overall staff behaviour was extremely poor and made the journey unnecessarily uncomfortable. I am genuinely disappointed with the service and will not be travelling with this bus service again.
