URGENT COMPLAIN!!!!!!! My remittance is already 3 days The costumer service said that i need to wait for 2-3hrs (09/16/2026) but until now (09/17/2026) its not credited on my account!! Costumer service asked me to send some documents after i sent it they asked me can end the conversation and just wait for awhile!!!!and now iam still waiting! Even the chatbox un your apps all the answer message is COPY PASTE!!!!

Costumer service is very hard to contact even in email and human service no one is answering. My que at the human services yesterday is no 1 but until now they never attend on me Its past 24 hrs but no one is attending on me THIS IS URGENT COMPLAINT ON YOUR SIDE
