⭐️ 1 Star — Very Disappointed With the Customer Service I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I purchased these shoes for almost $85, expecting them to be comfortable enough to wear for work. Unfortunately, they were not comfortable for me at all, and I wanted to return them. The frustrating part has been trying to get a simple return processed. I have already provided pictures as requested, yet I keep getting different responses and more questions instead of a straightforward solution. I asked for prepaid return postage, but they do not want to provide it. I was also told the return information/address was sent, but that still doesn’t resolve the issue of who is paying for the return shipping. These shoes were originally shipped to me in a plastic bag rather than a box, so I don’t understand why returning them has become such a difficult process. I’m not asking for another pair, a discount, or store credit. I simply want to return the shoes and receive my refund. I’m sharing this review because other customers should know what my experience was like before spending their money. I expected better customer service, especially for an $85 purchase.
