Absolutely pathetic service
Absolutely pathetic service. I ordered PUMA motosport Neo cat shoes. The order date was 7th September. They said it will deliver by 12th September . It reached the HUB location in my suburb on 10th the App showed it would be delivered by 11th September. One day prior. It was a gift to be given so waited Anxiously. It didn't deliver on the 11th nor on 12th asked their customer support. They say we are pursing the delivery partner to complete the delivery. No action today is the 16th mailed their support team. All say we are following up closely . But product not delivered. Absolutely hopeless service. Don't buy products from these guys as they fail to ful fill their promise.
