Been a loyal customer of Indigo and have taken at least 100 flights in last 18 months (yes 100 plus flights) and yet not received any benefits till date. Today I requested for a flight schedule change and for that too they charged me in full without offering any service gesture. Very bad way of handling loyal customers PNR no BC727D
