I purchased two WattCycle batteries and initially had an issue getting the BMS to activate. Talia provided excellent support throughout the entire troubleshooting process, stayed in contact with me, coordinated with the technical team, and helped us find a solution. Both batteries are now working properly, charging to 100%, and we have successfully tested our backup power system during a power outage.
