I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased an item in store at Woolwich and when I got it back to the hotel (as I was on holiday) and I opened the box, it was the wrong items and in 2 completely opposite and incorrect sizes! I purchased size 14 which is what was supposed to be in the box and received a size 10 and a size 16. Took it back to store the next day and they refused to refund me. Have since tried many different avenues with customer service online who told me they can’t help with in store purchases and that I need to take it back to the store even though I stated I was on holiday and said store is now 300 miles away from me now. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with who seem to consider it my fault that what was in the box is incorrect?!
