Poor handling of defective scooter return
NIU’s range claims are borderline misleading. My scooter delivered far less range than advertised. I sent NIU clear evidence showing the issue, and instead of resolving the fault promptly, support kept sending the same email worded in different ways, extending the conversation. Very disappointing handling of an otherwise straightforward product issue. The problem remains unresolved after 3 days. Edit: Given NIU's boilerplate response, I'm clarifying that my test showed THE RANGE WAS 20% LOWER on flat surface and with a weight matching the advertising test. Instead of admitting they sell faulty products, NIU repeats how volatile the actual range may be and how much it depends on things out of NIU's control. To NIU - my problem is not the knowledge of the range calculation specifics but the fact you hold my money hostage like scammers.
