Defective products, broken promises
I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. I ordered a NIU KQi 200 Series scooter, but it arrived defective. The battery would not charge. I returned it, and since then, I have spent two months being promised a replacement, but I still haven't received it. I strongly urge you to avoid buying from this company.
