I had an excellent experience working with Andy Jin through Made-in-China.com. I’ll admit that I was a little hesitant at first about ordering such a large amount of furniture directly from China, but Andy made the entire process incredibly easy and gave me confidence every step of the way. Communication was excellent. I was able to message Andy directly through WhatsApp, and he was consistently responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. I outfitted an approximately 6,000-square-foot medical office with furniture I purchased through Andy, and the quality has been outstanding. Everything looks fantastic, feels substantial and well made, and honestly exceeded my expectations. Just as importantly, I estimate that I saved at least 50% compared with what I would have spent purchasing comparable furniture locally. For anyone who may be hesitant about ordering furniture internationally, my experience with Andy was extremely positive. Great communication, amazing quality, tremendous value, and a smooth process from beginning to end. I would absolutely work with Andy again and would not hesitate to recommend him!
