3 months and still waiting for replacement
Received 8 months after we ordered it. Worked nicely for 8 months and broke. 3 MONTHS ago we had a call with service, and they offered a replacement. STILL Waiting. Support doesn't answer in the call chat we had. The Support Page on the app fails to load. I want to return and get my money back. Not worth $2000.
