Warranty issue
I bought two 12v 100ah mini smart batteries and one went to sleep and never woke up. After several attempts of trying to get the battery to work customer service decided to replace the battery under warranty. When I originally received the batteries I registered them thru their online system. However, before customer service would warranty them they wanted my original customer order number. I didn't have that. I believed registering them thru their online system they would have all pertinent info. After a lot of back and forth they finally honored the warranty. The batteries seem to be good with just the one for whatever reason going bad. Batteries are a little over a year old. If you purchase these batteries hold on to your customer order number. Customer service is prompt at returning emails but they really wanted the order number before honoring any warranty.
