Update: If your policy was clear & mentioned clearly before subscription as you're claiming, there wouldn't have been all these complaints & comments from users all over the Internet..unfortunately I didn't saw them before using your site.. I already contacted your support as I mentioned & requested to escalate the issue several times but you stopped relying to my mails even ..I still want my refund for the first month subscription which i hv never requested or wanted or even know about for almost 45 days.... you know very well what you are doing ..so please stop acting as if you are not aware of how you decieve users. **** If there's lower than 1 star I'd certainly use it. They are scammer, I payed $0.99 for a fun IQ test & they automatically subscribed me into a monthly subscription without any request from me & I didn't notice until they got 2 months charges ($39/month & thats more than 2000 pound with my local currency which a huge amount) when I got a chance to review my bank record (I pay for my credit automatically, the bank deduct the amount from my bank account directly as I don't have time for follow up that's why I didn't notice from the first month) These 2 monthly deductions exceeded my credit card limit & caused the bank to add charges on me with around $10 which is a huge amount also!!!! When I requested a cancellation from their site , it gave an error. Their support team advised they will refund the second month only but not the first one, although I didn't request a subscription in the first place nor did i log into their site once again after taking that test that time. Shame on you scammers!!
