I purchased the Doogee Anywise Pro smartwatch in January, and it has been a massive disappointment. Visually, it looks like a cheap, fake copy of a Garmin Fenix—clearly, this brand does not care about design patents. While it claims to have many features, absolutely none of them are accurate. The health tracking, altitude, and barometer data are completely unreliable.The hardware quality is just as bad. Within a couple of months of buying it, the health and heart rate sensor stopped working completely. After a prolonged, exhausting conversation with Doogee, they finally replaced it.However, the replacement device failed just a few months later. The battery degraded entirely and cannot even last a single day on a full charge.When I reached out to Doogee about the second faulty device, they passed me from department to department. Ultimately, they refused to honor their own manufacturer warranty, using administrative excuses about the purchase source to dodge their responsibilities.Do not waste your money. It is an inaccurate Garmin clone backed by a company that refuses to stand behind its products.
