Great if it works
Great if it works, but uptime is a major issue along with major bugs. It seems like half the time I login my seedbox has crashed. Lately, the service is down 2 days a week and the owners haven't acknowledged these issues or moved to fix them. Furthermore, customer service just deletes tickets you open without even acknowledging them.
