I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Dokie AI after paying for multiple credit top-ups—specifically $9, $3.99, $9.97, and $5.99 respectively, only for their broken algorithm to rapidly burn through all my credits without producing any actual results or changes to my presentation. To make matters worse, their listed customer support email is completely non-functional, returning "failed delivery / bad email" notifications whenever I try to reach out, and my direct messages to their official page on X have been ignored for three days. It is completely unacceptable to take customers' money, consume their paid credits on failed generations, and offer zero working communication channels for support. I am demanding an immediate, full refund for all my purchased credits and urge their team to contact me directly to resolve this.
