If I could give a ZERO I would. Do NOT Purchase anything from these SCAMMERS!! I did NOT receive what I Ordered, items are Missing and ALL Planting Seeds are Labeled in CHINESE!! They’re insisting I received MISSING items and NOT willing to look into, Fix, or REFUND ANYTHING. It’s a DISGUSTING and DISGRACEFUL, “Business!’” The Customer Service Representative Carmela I’ve been forced to deal with has CONTINUED to INSIST I Should understand and READ CHINESE?!! She has REFUSED to Help RESOLVE or Correct this Problem in ANY way. Repeating the Same thing over and over. Carmela to NOT have ANY Quality of Customer Service or even understand her own Job and Responsibilities is an Embarrassment to BAHEEY.COM and herself. Robbing Customer’s of their $$$ BASIC Needs and FIXING the PROBLEM is Disgraceful. Having worked in Customer Service, I’ve Never treated any Customer as Rude and Disrespectful as I’ve been treated. I will be contacting the Proper Authorities and I WILL get my $$ back!! STAY AWAY from BAHEEY!!
