I truly love the products and the customer service is fantastic. Talia was very helpful. When I had a problem with one of the products not arriving, she was very quick to respond and jump into action to help locate the missing item and make sure it shipped promptly and also emailed me to make sure I had received it. The only problem I had was with the shipping. Like I said I ordered a battery and a charger and only the battery showed up which charger was not with it and had not shipped. They did make it right but instead of using a quality shipping company to send the charger they used the USPS which is the absolute worst company you could use. They promise a shipping date and never come through. Which is exactly what happened. Other than that I have no complaints. The company has great products and they have great customer service. Just stick with the quality shipping companies Sincerely, Rodney
