⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I genuinely cannot say enough good things about both my JOVS EMS shorts AND the customer service I’ve received from this company. First and foremost — the product actually works. I’ve been using the EMS shorts consistently and I am truly happy with the progress I’m seeing. I was skeptical going into it, as I think most of us are with products like this, but I can absolutely tell a difference and have been really excited about my results. Recently, I did run into an issue with the remote/controller. One mode was working, while the others either weren’t activating correctly or would shut down. I contacted JOVS customer support, explained exactly what was happening, and even sent them a video. This is where JOVS really impressed me. Rather than making me jump through hoops, they acknowledged that there was a quality issue with the remote, apologized, and immediately offered a solution. They are sending me a brand-new replacement and aren’t even requiring me to go through the inconvenience of returning the defective one. THAT is customer service. Things occasionally go wrong with electronics — what matters to me is how a company responds when they do. JOVS stood behind their product and made the situation right quickly and graciously. Between the actual results I’m seeing from the EMS shorts and the way their customer service team handled my issue, I feel even better about my purchase now than I did before. I would absolutely purchase from JOVS again. Great product, noticeable results, and a company that actually stands behind what they sell. ❤️
