Warning: Terrible customer service and zero accountability. My package has been lost for eight weeks, and DJI keeps stringing me along with the same useless QR code for a pickup point where the item never arrives. I’ve repeatedly told them the item isn't there, yet they send generic delay emails while refusing to provide answers or a refund. I am out of pocket with no product.
