Warning: Misleading specifications, defective product, and PayPal return trap!
I strongly advise against buying from this shop. I ordered the PVY Z20 Pro Evo e-bike. However, the bike I received deviates significantly from the official specifications listed on their website: Incorrect Battery: The bike came with a smaller 374.4 Wh battery instead of the advertised 522 Wh—a massive reduction in range and performance. Missing Technology: The advertised torque sensor is completely missing. Instead, the motor uses a cheap cadence sensor that responds with a dangerous 2-second delay. Defects & Software: Severe paint damage on the frame straight out of the box, and no working Android app connectivity available. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, customer support offered an insulting €10 compensation and asked me to perform manual multimeter voltage tests on the battery myself. Unfair Return Trap: Although the bike was shipped from a warehouse within the EU, the seller provided a return address located in Shenzhen, China, inside the PayPal dispute. Shipping a heavy e-bike with a lithium-ion battery back to China as a private individual is virtually impossible due to international hazardous material regulations and extreme shipping costs. This is clearly a deliberate tactic to wear customers down and force them to absorb the financial loss. The matter is now with PayPal resolution. Stay away from this shop—extremely disappointing and shady business practices!
