I didn't even want to give 1 star for them! Really a worse company! I have sent a mail from Kuching to Johor Bahru on April, and I keep following up almost every month. When I check the tracking, it says was delivered, but when I check, there's nothing! And now August, they just tell me my mail lost! After so many months they didn't follow up and now just tell me my thing is lost!? It's very important thing! It's my Diploma certificate! And I need to pay Rm300 to reprint it under my own responsible?
