Return Refused and Poor Customer Service
I accidentally ordered the wrong item and requested a return after receiving it. The item is unused and in its original condition, but Banggood refused my return request. I also did not appreciate the way customer service handled my request, as I found the response rude and unhelpful. As a customer in Germany/EU, I understand that consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for many online purchases, subject to legal exceptions. I expected Banggood to handle my return request in accordance with the applicable consumer-protection rules. I am disappointed with this experience and hope Banggood will review the case and provide a fair solution.
