Very disappointing
I strongly recommend being cautious when ordering from Sourcemore. I placed an order and waited approximately six weeks without receiving it. During this time, I received multiple explanations regarding customs and shipping delays and was repeatedly asked to wait longer. The situation became even more confusing when I was informed that the shipment had been sent to an incorrect address. The tracking information also did not provide a clear picture of where my package actually was. After all of these delays and issues, I requested a refund. The refund was eventually issued, which I appreciate, but the customer service experience was extremely frustrating. What was especially disappointing was that after issuing the refund, I was asked whether I would accept the package and pay 50% of the order price if it eventually arrived. After waiting six weeks and dealing with all of these problems, I did not find that to be a reasonable solution. I ultimately received my refund, but the entire experience involved far too many delays, unclear information, and unnecessary back-and-forth. I would not order from Sourcemore again.
