I have booked tickets from udaipur to ajmer on 22 sep 2026 I. The morning. Because my train was canceled. I wanted to reach my destination on time. First I call driver number to know what time bus is picking me but calling ten times to driver no reply at all. Finally dial customer care and they asked me to wait 20 minutes to get a call back from driver. Driver called me and give details that bus is 2 hours delay from actual time. I was shocked Because I wanted to reach on time. I asked customer care to cancel my ticket and refund my money. The lady said '' ok sir we will proceeding your request and After 48 hours refund process will start. After 48 hours i got only 112 rs instead of 746. Very horrible condition i can't recommend to any one this bus services.
