I booked my ticket with them travelling…
I booked my ticket with them travelling with 2 kids and 4 bags, at 10 o clock the bus would not let us in saying they did not get a confirmation from Redbus… I tried calling redbus and they would not pick my calls and then when they pick they put me on hold and said we apologise and will refund your amount in 48 hours… neither did I get my money back I had to struggle with kids and bags no one tried to even contact us got an email saying issue is resolved.
