Extremely misleading and unprofessional shopping experience. This store localizes its website for customers, displays prices in their local currency, advertises products to them, allows them to browse, choose a size, add items to the cart and proceed through the purchase process — only for some customers to discover at checkout that their destination is not supported at all. There is no clear warning beforehand. Instead, the entire website gives the impression that the customer is shopping normally until the final stage of the transaction. If you do not sell or ship to a particular market, that should be made clear before you advertise and localize your store for people in that market. Allowing customers to spend time choosing products and preparing an order before revealing that they cannot actually purchase them is careless, misleading and deeply disrespectful of customers’ time. A company operating internationally should have a far more professional and transparent system than this.
