Refund received, but only after a difficult return process
I tried very hard to have a satisfactory experience with CRZ YOGA, but the return process was unnecessarily difficult. I returned two pairs of pants at my own expense and followed every instruction provided. I supplied photographs of the package weight, the return label attached to the package, and the USPS receipt with the tracking number. USPS confirmed that the package was received on August 19, 2026. CRZ YOGA stated that the refund would be processed after a five-working-day inspection period, but my refund was not posted until September 21—and only after I contacted the company again. I did eventually receive the full $85.06 refund, but the process took more than a month after the merchandise was received. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this company again.
