Poor quality & a customer service runaround
I was super excited to order their design and ordered a 100% cotton shirt, only to receive a stiff, plastic-feeling shirt, obviously made with polyester and completely covered with what I think is vinyl for the print. What??? Definitely not 100% cotton! When I asked right away to return it for a refund, in line with their return policy, they kept offering me paltry percentages. Such a waste of my time, energy, and money. AVOID.
