Avoid them like the plague
Avoid them like the plague! I ordered a pair of size 11 men's shoes directly from Hobibear.com. They sent me a pair of kid's shoes. (Size EUR 36 or US Men's: Size 4 – 4.5) The tag did not even have a US size on it! All the labeling was in Chinese. Easy to see why the employees have trouble picking the correct size shoes. They refused to take them back or acknowledge the error! I had to file a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back! I also sent the shoes back to them at my cost, about $10.
