They are terrible at communicating
They are terrible at communicating, none of their recommended channels respond and when they do it takes anther month for another response. My order has been delayed 2 months, they refunded me a discount and committed to the 29th Sep, no communication for 3 weeks. if they just communicated, they would probably be a good company, but the silence is causing distrust. Still waiting for my $5000 order.
